    This batter mixing system constitutes of: batter mixing tank and batter storage tank and pumps and fittings for transferring batter.<\/p>

    Two tanks and pump design for alternate mixing,the mixer insde is dpecical design form us which reduce the mixing time to 5minutes per batch for the machine.<\/p>

    In the wafer line, there is wastage from the cutting and other process that a Smashing machine minimize the overall wastage of wafer baking system that is about 2%.<\/p>

    A Smashing equipment<\/strong> is used to grind the discarded wafer in to a reusable form. The ground material can be used as additive cream depending on the requirement. The smashing or grinding machine is constructed out of Stainless Steel material to maintain hygiene of the reusable products.<\/p>

    It has automatic scram logics if the top lid open it will automatic stop as safe device.<\/p><\/div>

    The wafer baking oven is the key ponit of the whole wafer processing used on forming and baking the full wafer sheet.<\/p>

    The Hdmi and PLC system by Siemens to controling the speed and the qulaity of the wafer batter,so the batter will be uniformity into each palte and with no surface defects of the final wafer sheet.And two of the molds will closed togther to flat the batter into one sheet which can be both side of the\u00a0rollet on one sheet.<\/p>

    This wafer oven constitutes wafer mold plate,LPG gas baking oven & autoamtic demolding system.<\/p>

    Baking oven can be Electial type or Natural gas type,temperture range form 0-210o<\/sup>C.<\/p>

    The Natural gas oven burner like a triangle-type and Germany\/Italian brand to ensure the temperture of each wafer mold temperture evenly and uniformity with no surface defects and coloring evenly .<\/p>

    The baking plate qualtiy will have different capacities for customers\u2019 options form 27\/39\/45\/41\/63\/75\/87 plats.<\/p>

    A Wafer Connecting Machine<\/strong> conveys the baked wafer sheets to the coolling tower.<\/p>

    Two brushes under the machine will cleans the wafer plate surface at the same time. Its smooth handling makes sure the hot wafer sheets that comes out of the baking oven will not be damaged and smoothly.<\/p><\/div>

    After baking the wafer sheet a wafer cooler tower will move the wafer in to a natural cooling tower and ease the pressure of the wafer sheet.<\/p>

    The cooling tower provides natural air cooling for wafer sheet before going to cream spreading, lower temperature prevents wafer sheets become crunchy, avoid damage in the process of creaming.<\/p>

    The sheet can also be cool inside a chiller cooling tunnels depend on the factory temperture and capacity.<\/p>

    This 3-5 minutes of cooling will effect the teast of crispy texture and shelf life after the cream process.<\/p>

    The frame and covers are all by stainless steel as well as the chains which not contact food parts also made by stainless steel.<\/p>

    After cooling two photoelectric switches located on wafter sheet picking system will detect whether wafer sheets are broken or with corners, it will automatically collect defect wafers by sending them down to the collecttion place,and the complete<\/p>

    ones will transfer to the Cream Spreading Machine.<\/p><\/div>

    B\uff1aCream spreading & Laminating<\/strong><\/p>

    This machine is used for wafer cream spreading, the<\/p>

    equipment is suitable for a variety of materials, (such as cream, chocolate, cheese sauce). Cream roller smears cream evenly on the wafer surface. Cream thickness could be adjustable and the cream hopper has a heating device, keeping the cream temperature. (2-3 creaming heads could be chosen as per client\u2019s demand)<\/p>

    The Laminating machine is an important piece of machine in the wafer line that determines the number of wafer sheets and cream layers that should be made. This machine has functions such as: applying a cream layer to the pre-cooled wafer sheets, drawing evenly the cream layer and making the book of wafers sheets with a different layer of cream and sheets, then applying slight pressure to hold the wafer\/cream together. Numbers of cream layers and wafer layers can be adjusted as required to the count of 3-7 layers. The machine will count them automatically according to the adjustment made. There is a device of controls temperature automatically and constantly on the roller of filler. The layer thickness can be adjustable too.<\/p><\/div>

    A\uff1aVertical cooling tower<\/strong><\/p>

    Before cutting the big wafer sheet in to small pieses will need a cooling system to cool the layed wafer sheet. With this cooling system the layerd wafer book will be more easy to cut and better cutting quality, taste and shelf life.<\/p>

    It Adopts refrigeration compressors which to cool the layed wafer sheet 13\u00baC to 15\u00baC inside.\u00a0In order to keep the air quality, each in-out of cold air has a filter mesh to filter the impurity in the air.<\/p>

    One Vertical and one horizontal wire cutting machine will help cut the cooled wafer book into small pieces in a second.<\/p>

    Cutting machine adopts PLC program control automation<\/p>
