After mixing, dough is fed into a sheeter, which forms a compacted sheet of constant thickness and density. The sheeter ensures a consistent and even sheet is fed to the gauge rolls. The dough is gauged to the required thickness, relaxed, and then embossed and cut before passing into the oven. The scrap lattice is returned to the sheeter for reprocessing.

Persheeter usually used on hard biscuit machine with three or four rollers before the laminator or guage roller.
Laminating was imitation by manual fold process but with better effect,each layer of the dough is same thickness & distance by the cutting type laminator.

Though 3-4 Guage Rollers the dough sheet thinkness is gradually reduced to required thinkness.
The thinkness of the dough sheet can be precisely displayed and controlled the minimum error.

Out Rotary cutter has a pair of engraved die rolls to emboss then
cut pieces from the continuous sheet of dough received from the gauge rolls.
The rotary cutter also features a rapid bypass function that avoids
problems from an imperfect dough sheet by enabling it to be diverted to
the scrap lift for reprocessing at the touch of a button.And a rubber rollers use pneumatically controller under the forming rollers.

As the cut pieces are passed to the oven for baking, the scrap lattice is returned to the laminator or sheeter for reintegration into the fresh sheet evenly to reduce the effect of the dry dough.


Rotary moulder is the first choice if customer want to produce soft dough biscuits,the soft biscuits form the rotary moulder will have a somooth surface and clear shape compare to other cookies forming machine.
Your logo or deigns can be clearly expressed on the cookies biscuits and the minimum cookie thickness can be less than 5mm.
Our Rotary moulder with three independent drives for forcing roll, moulding roll and conveyor. It equips with the adjustments of the pressure of the rubber roll, the position of the forcing roll and the position of the scraper that reduce waste by fully supporting the dough sheet throughout the process.

The working principle is gas ribbon burners fitted directly into the baking chamber. Various burner types makes it possible to make a unique baking profile for every product.
The burner controls are split in top and bottom heat and in more zones.
Direct combustion burner usually consists of 2 ~ 5 temperature zones.It is mainly composed of combustion system, burner frame, burner chamber, insulation layer, exterior hanging plate, observation window, blasting silo, exhaust system and other major components and a number of mesh belt roller.At the same time, it is equipped with electronic control system.
Convection (indirect) type
The working principle is indirect air impingement, an optimization of the well known convection principle. The heat from the gas burner is exchanged in the heat exchange above the baking chamber. The baking air is not mixed with the combustion air. Direct Impingement ovens are also available, where combustion air is circulated in the baking chamber.
Far infrared heating
The working principle is by the far infrared heating element their arrangement and control make the heating uniform,there is an exhaust system to collect the steam and exhaust.
The whole machine is usually composed of 2 ~ 4 temperature zones, each temperature zone is composed of burner frame, furnace, exhaust system and observation window and other main components;
A number of rollers are arranged in the burner and below the burner to support the conveyor belt, a number of far infrared heating elements are distributed on the lower part of the conveyor belt, and the upper and lower parts of the burner are filled with insulation materials to increase the thermal insulation effect.
The burner body is made of high quality carbon structural steel, the shell is made of stainless steel, and the burner is filled with refractory fiber products for heat preservation.

The oil sprayer machine can spray oil to the baked biscuits so that biscuits can get a beautiful and attractive color. It is indispensable ideal equipment to improve the grade of biscuits for processing various shapes of crisp and tough biscuits.
It is by oil splitter transfers oil through tubing to the oil spinner then the spinner motor drives the spinner to spray oil at a high speed centrifugal oil wheel to get fine mist on the biscuits and the amount of oil can be adjusted.
Inside the oil sprayer machine, it is a completely confined space.
When the sprayer works, the left oil is twill be vacuumed by two fans at the left and right and back into the oil tank again to circulate, it is a read machine not only save energy conservation but also won’t pollute the workshop environment.
